Stars Foundation's awards programmes support strong local civil society organisations responding to the needs of underserved children.
We reward locally-led organisations for their past work, shining a deserving spotlight on their success and providing support that lets them steer, sustain or scale their work on their own terms.
Capacity-building support is vital in building the long-term resilience of civil society organisations. It develops and strengthens key organisational areas and provides staff and volunteers with the skills, processes and policies to more effectively serve their communities and respond to the issues they are addressing.
His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh is Chairman and CEO of Al-Dabbagh Group, and has launched a number of philanthropic initiatives focused on maximising the impact, scale, and sustainability of social change — with the singular aim of making the world a better place.
