- Announcement of outcome of Stage 1 to applicants by e-mail: end February 2012
- Deadline for submitting Stage 2 application form (invited applicants only): 1pm GMT on Friday 30 March 2012
- Financial and propriety checks for Stage 2 applicants: April 2012
- Consideration of Stage 2 applicants by the Independent Awards Panel: May 2012
- STARS Trustees’ final decision: September 2012
- Stage 2 applicants notified of outcome of their application: end September 2012
- 2012 Awards ceremony: November 2012
