STARS Foundation needs your support, and we can promise that 100% of your donation will directly support local NGOs to improve their performance and become more responsive to the needs of disadvantaged children and young people. Thanks to the generous ongoing support of our founding donor, the Dabbagh Group, we are able to allocate all additional donations directly to well-run frontline NGOs. Depending on the size of your donation and your interests, your support can help STARS to offer:
- Impact Awards to local NGOs in Africa, the Middle-East, Asia, or the Pacific
- Impact Awards to local NGOs in Latin America and the Caribbean – our next proposed region of operation
- Practical assistance to the NGOs reaching the final stages Impact Awards
However you choose to get involved with STARS, we can promise to keep you intimately up to date with the impact of your support as it strengthens local NGOs and helps them to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people.
Support Packages
As well as enabling organisations to reach more children directly, the flexibility of our support allows for vital breathing space.
It means charities can also choose to strengthen their core functions and operating capacity, to invest in their stability and sustainability, and most importantly to adapt their plans in response to changing local circumstances – all of which strengthens their overall service delivery to children.

The STARS Impact Awards
STARS offers Impact Awards to charities in Africa-Middle East and Asia-Pacific working with children in the areas of Health, Education, Protection and WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).
