2008 Award Recipients

Building on the success of the 2007 Impact Awards, we are delighted to announce the recipients for the 2008 STARS Impact Awards. These three organisations were selected from 150 applicants spanning 25 countries across Africa and were honoured at an Awards ceremony on 4 December 2008 in London attended by over 120 guests.

The annual Awards recognise three organisations operating in the fields of health, education and protection which have the greatest impact on the lives of children through their commitment to good practice.

Each recipient will receive US$100,000 in unrestricted funding as well as tailored consultancy support.
